Privacy Policy

Who we are

ShopFashion.si is one of the SI (“Super Intelligence”) shopping concierge sites. We do not sell products, take payments, or store card numbers. Checkout happens on each seller’s site.

What we collect

No accounts. You do not create a login. Saved looks and “Not my vibe” choices stay in your browser’s local storage only.
What you type into the concierge, size guide, or style fields is used to answer that request. We do not keep a durable copy of that text on our servers.
IP-based rate counters in Cloudflare KV (expire in about a day) stop abuse of our APIs and try-on limits. A shared lifetime spend counter for paid image generation stores only a dollar total, not photos or personal text.
Cloudflare may process request logs (IP, user agent, URL, timing) as part of hosting, as described in Cloudflare’s own policies.

Photo try-on

When you use photo or outfit try-on, the photo(s) you upload are sent to our image partner fal.ai and/or Cloudflare Workers AI only to generate the preview. We do not keep a copy of your photo or the result on our servers. A short-lived per-IP counter in Cloudflare KV (TTL about one day) limits how many try-ons you can run. Previews are labeled “AI preview, not a real photo.” Try-on is for adults 18+; you must confirm the photo is of you or an adult who agreed. See our content policy.

Affiliate links and third-party cookies

Some links to retailers (Etsy, Nordstrom, ASOS, Amazon and others) may be affiliate links. If you buy, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Retailers and affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you leave our site; we do not control those.

We do not sell personal data

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your try-on photos for advertising.

Children (COPPA) and age

These sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Photo try-on is limited to adults 18+ with consent.

Texas Data Privacy and Security Act

If you are a Texas consumer, you may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act to know, access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we keep almost no personal data on our servers, there is often little or nothing to delete beyond rate counters that expire automatically. To make a request, email [email protected].
